The EU AI Office Art. 53(1)(d) surface (in force 2025-08-02) has no productized artifact vendor. Deep-tech: a provenance chain + detection layer trace-reproducible across pipeline upgrades, regulator-legible, compatible with distributed corpus sources. Kill: C2PA v3 adds native text-corpus provenance adopted wholesale.
