ANGLES §18. Thesis: better Lightning requires bounded federation trust, and that trust buys more than it costs. Primitives: FROST threshold-Schnorr (draft BIP-445), Ark shared-UTXO (clArk covenantless, Arkade mainnet Oct 2025), Cashu blind-sig UX, Payjoin v2, PTLC via MuSig2 adaptor sigs for cross-pool swaps. Customers: Lightning-native app builders hitting inbound-liquidity/LSP-centralization walls (Fedi, Cashu.me, Phoenix/Zeus/Breez, EU neobank-in-sats). Binding blocker: MuSig2 adaptor-sig tooling. Kill: adaptor-sig tooling fails to ship in any production LN client through Q4 2026.
